Recruitment Service Description
Based on the search request provided to us, we present anonymized profiles of suitable candidates for the position to be filled. We interview the candidates in advance and assess their suitability. If one or more profiles are suitable, we organize an initial video interview between the client and the selected candidates. You then decide whether you want to continue the recruitment process with one or more candidates. We then transfer their personal data, and the recruitment process can continue. If you require further support from us, we are happy to assist you.
For a successful search, the most detailed search criteria possible are required. Therefore, we require precise information from you about the type of activity and the qualifications required for the position to be filled. When recruiting foreign employees, the qualifications in their home country are often difficult to compare with the qualifications we know in Germany. For certain professional groups (regulated professions), a recognition procedure for the respective profession may be required. The implementation of such recognition procedures is expressly not part of our services. However, we provide administrative support for the certification of foreign qualifications and assist with visa processes and obtaining a work permit.
A new work environment presents people with significant challenges. We therefore offer onboarding coaching for the duration of the probationary period. Onboarding coaching includes up to 25 hours of individual coaching for the new employee during the probationary period.
When recruiting suitable candidates in Germany, we leverage our own networks and specifically approach potential candidates. When recruiting suitable candidates from abroad, we utilize professional local contacts. These include the GFS Language Center in Hanoi, the HR consultancy DR HR in Istanbul, and representatives of our partner YOUTH GLOBE in South America and Africa. We ensure that all candidates presented have at least a B1 level of German language proficiency. If this level is not required to fill a position, this will be discussed and determined during the briefing.
Additional Services
Especially when recruiting foreign workers, assistance with finding accommodation or dealing with authorities, opening a bank account, or registering with a health insurance provider is also required. If support is required for this, such a service can be commissioned separately. The costs for such a service are calculated based on the time and effort involved and carefully calculated in advance based on the scope of services requested. Despite our best efforts, the actual costs may differ from the estimated costs. However, we ensure that consultation is held before a pre-calculated cost framework is exhausted. Exceeding the cost framework without prior approval from the client will not occur.
Payment Methods
The prices shown on our website are net prices plus the applicable statutory VAT in Germany.
Payment for the commissioned service is made in installments:
1st installment: 20% after commissioning and presentation of the first candidates
2nd installment: 40% upon commencement of work on the first day
3rd installment: 40% upon completion of the probationary period

Why are the costs for recruiting foreign workers higher than for recruiting in Germany?
When recruiting foreign workers, we involve our local partners, who must be paid, and we also incur significantly more work due to the support we provide with official procedures.
Why are only anonymized profiles initially provided?
We want to prevent a client from approaching a potential candidate directly without our knowledge, thus circumventing our recruitment contract.
How is the German language level of the candidates presented ensured?
We conduct initial interviews in German and also request proof of language skills through appropriate certificates.
How do I know that the qualifications stated are correct?
We have our local partners verify the qualifications and also use international databases to compare information. However, it can never be ruled out that a person may intentionally provide false information or falsify documentation. We do our best to clarify such situations in advance.
Why is the three-installment billing system so complicated?
Our clients should only pay for services actually rendered, and we don't want to provide services without being paid. Therefore, we have chosen the installment payment model.
What happens if a visa or work permit is denied?
The services provided up to this point must still be paid for. However, we will immediately seek replacements and will not charge additional fees for the procurement costs of such replacements.
