A Professional Relaunch with the Champions Tour

With the Champions Tour, we lay the foundation for development in all areas of life. Over 12 stages, participants experience an intensive exploration of their personal life goals based on their individual values, potential, life situations, and their very own dreams. The goal is to recognize, accept, and overcome challenges. The insights help them develop further, both personally and professionally. They provide greater clarity, orientation, and motivation. This enables them to better achieve their goals and make their lives happier.

In addition to the Champions Tour, you will also undergo intensive application training with our Job Finder. We will help you bring your application documents up to date and prepare them so that applicant management systems can easily recognize your documents. If necessary, we will optimize your social media profile on business platforms such as LinkedIn or XING and prepare you for job interviews.
The implementation is designed as a standalone measure with 115 teaching units (TU) and will require up to 12 weeks to complete.
The program is designed as a group measure with 138 teaching units (TU) and requires up to 12 weeks to complete. Group measures can accommodate up to 12 participants.
What do you need to do?
- Go to your personal advisor at the Jobcenter or the Federal Employment Agency
- Download our flyer and bring it with you to your appointment
- Request an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) with the number of teaching units (TU) required for your desired measure - individual 115 TU / group 138 TU
- Come to us with this voucher (AVGS) (it's best to make an appointment with us beforehand, so you won't come for nothing)
What do we need to do?
- We accept the voucher, process it, and submit it to the Jobcenter
- As soon as we receive confirmation, we will contact you
- For individual measures, we can start immediately
- For group measures, we will tell you the start date
- We will implement the program with you and settle all the billing with the Job Center
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't my contact person at the Job Center find your company among the approved training providers?
You must have YOUTH GLOBE Europe GmbH from Dresden search for the company with the registration number XXXXXX. We authorize YOUTH GLOBE to conduct the certified programs in our premises and provide on-site support. Our premises have also been certified for these programs, but not directly by us, but by YOUTH GLOBE. It sounds a bit complicated, but it has the advantage that YOUTH GLOBE's highly successful programs can be offered not only in Saxony, but also here in Berlin.
What do I do if I don't receive an activation and placement voucher?
In such a case, please contact us and provide us with the contact details of your responsible caseworker. We will then contact the Job Center and try to clarify any outstanding questions. It's entirely possible that the job center only wants to issue a voucher for a group program, as an individual program is significantly more expensive.
Does participation in the program cost me anything?
No, the program is financed through the job center voucher. YOUTH GLOBE bills the job center directly. This does not incur any costs for you.
What are the chances of finding a new job?
Of course, this always depends on the individual requirements of our participants. On average, all participants have a placement rate of over 80%. So, the chances are quite good.
